Training program is well arranged and properly scheduled. All classes are being conducted as per schedule.Special thanks to Mr. Shashi Prakash sir who has given everything to us in class room training as well as in telephonic mode .He has cleared all my doubts and queries when I approached to him virtually. Soumya verma she has guided me each and everything about my course.She has assisted me every time even after office hours and helped me out whenever i faced some problem while attending the classes. The trainer was very knowledgeable, professional, and shown expertise in a lot of manners during our Green Belt Class, Thanks, Mr. Shashi! Rose is very accommodating and quick to respond. I never got a hang time on my questions.

The Program nearly covered all areas as what came in the test, Id says nearly 98% of data was covered. The Trainer on the other hand was really amazing, he made the course easy to learn. Highly Recommended. Mr. Fasih the counsellor was really amazing throughout the process he really helped in each stage of the process and helped where ever I had difficulty. He is really a must. Kudos to the IMC team for such an amazing course, this really helped me not only to learn more about Quality but also to improve my Mind Quality as well by changing the way I viewed subjects and objects and how I can increase the quality and or performance in those.

The program is very flexible as it suits the trainee(s) dynamic schedules. Learning at your own pace is key in this development. It was a good traning full of infomation and was discussed and explained thoroughly by the trainer. Surbhi is very supportive and helpfull. And Michell is always at your step to assisst you with any issue faced.
