The training plan, modules, and syllabus content for the “Lean Six Sigma Black Belt” (LSSBB) is designed very nicely. The trainer Mr.Rohit Viramani has explained and covered each and every topic in detail. While explaining the concepts, the trainer shared real-life examples which really helped us a lot & this is the main aspect which I liked very much. The most important of all the training sessions were interactive; which made it an enjoyable & collaborative unique learning experience. It is an excellent program which teaches the day to day problem identifications in projects and shows ways to solve those problems. The Trainer is so good in giving out the information to the students, and methodology he makes you understand perfectly. Michelle is an excellent facilitator helping whenever needed. I don't have enough words to thank you but your efforts in helping us through this program is unbelievable. The services were well delivered during the program without any interruption. Keep up the good work.

Ms. Surbhi is friendly and accommodating. She's able to provide answers to all my queries regarding the course. Her customer service skills are excellent and she's very helpful. I think she's a great asset to your company. Service team has been the best, especially in organizing everything about the course and all its technical aspects. Mr. Pankaj is superb! He definitely knows what he's teaching and he shares actual cases to emphasize a particular topic. He made difficult concepts easier to understand.

Mr Shashi is very well versed in Six Sigma and was able to explain clearly the concepts. He is able to maximize technology to teach Black Belt even though the session is remore. Rose is very accommodating. She helped me through the process and answered my questions. Though there are times her replies are delayed, probably due to timezone differences and she is more active in wechat or whatsapp than in viber. Thank you Service Team for promptly addressing my concern and even giving me a call to resolve my issue. You guys are so proactive!

Highly knowledgeable and in-depth course material and trainer taught it in a very professional way. In my opinion, I have got the best counsellor. She guided me always and ask about whether I am enjoying the course and understanding it properly. She is an amazing human and too professional. Though I have not interacted a lot they are the best.
