He sets up an environment that facilitates discussion; one where everyone can share their opinion in order to encourage discussions with everyone. Michelle knows how to establish a comfortable inquiry environment, and sets clear answers to questions from us in order to encourage positive group interactions. I found Mr. Pankaj, the program trainer to be extremely knowledgeable and engaging. His ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner was impressive. The training sessions were well-structured and highly informative, which made it easy for me to learn and retain the information. I was so grateful that I took this opportunity to enroll for LSSGB, because I'm able to understand more the importance of six sigma applications to all industries, the quality and customer satisfaction .
