The delivery of the subject matter was exceptional by Mr. Shashi. It gave me a deeper and in-depth understanding about Lean Six Sigma and it’s applicability in our profession. All sessions were very much interactive and wrathful. I came across my counsellor Ms. Surbhi Tiwari when I was going through a rough patch and needed someone to help and listen my queries regarding Lean Six Sigma Course. Ms. Surbhi has been phenomenal from the very first interaction, always attentive, supportive, never judgmental and helped me with coping strategies to get me through Lean Six Sigma Training. LSSBB, Mr. Debasish, The Trainer was excellent, well informed, engaging, patient, in explaining his previous experience, teaching the programs, step by step. The programs is well prepared, organized and systematic. The methodologies are simple and easy to understand. So, I wish IMC continuous success in providing quality education. Miss ZEBA, and Miss Frexie are very friendly and supportive. Always send me information, schedule of the class, sending reminders, ahead of time. my grade to my councilors are EXCELLENT. Service Team are very friendly, i did not encounter difficulties, the service team will provide you what ever you requested as per the programs.

It was the best program with an excellent trainer Mr. Shashi. Surbhi was very cooperative and informative with excellent marketing skills that encouraged me to enroll to this program with no doubt. Frixie was always available to support for technical issues and with consistent follow up.

My overall feedback on the program is good, the customer support is always guiding you regarding the program, however, I hope they will make a sample test like a simulation test same with the actual PMP exam for us to master the question and be more prepared. The trainer is good he always answers and explained well whenever you had questions and I hope next time the class will be earlier. Thank you!
