Mr Shashi is very well versed in Six Sigma and was able to explain clearly the concepts. He is able to maximize technology to teach Black Belt even though the session is remore. Rose is very accommodating. She helped me through the process and answered my questions. Though there are times her replies are delayed, probably due to timezone differences and she is more active in wechat or whatsapp than in viber. The trainer Mr. Rohit has been excellent in delivering the topics and making us understand the concepts very well. He ensured that all the candidates attending the sessions understood the concepts and the implementation of techniques.
