The Lean six sigma program was very interesting and Mr. Shashi played a very good role as a trainer. He explained each and every detailed information about Lean six sigma. I like the flexibility of the training program, it fits me well; and the uniqueness in teaching approach in each class makes IMC stand out of the competition. I attended two batches and I highly recommend that students to do the same. My first class was with sir Sashi, and I so love his passion for statistics and his whiteboard approach in teaching, very effective! My second class was with sir Debashish and his practical approach and classic training style complement the skills I gained from my first class. These two Masters are a perfect combo! To Rose Ann de Luna, she’s a pro! She addresses my concerns promptly and professionally. I know I am kinda annoying and demanding sometimes but Rose did manage my needs well. Mr. Shashi Prakash is a great trainer for the LSSBB class organized by the IMC institute. He is absolutely knowledgeable and has great experience in the field. Always open to answer questions and clear everyone's doubts. The whole IMC team and my counsellor Ms. Archi Saini has been really helpful from the beginning of the course till the end. I recommend anyone who wishes to learn about Lean Six Sigma and PMP to get their their certification from the IMC institute. The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!
