The program was well-organized from start until the conclusion – the flow was clear, the instructor and the activities were engaging, the examples provided were relevant to the topics, and the pre-recorded materials and e-copies of the modules were also of great aid while taking the course. It’s nice to note that although the overall module was advanced in level, Ms. Jakther, our instructor, made it easy for us to process and digest with her clear discussions, and by providing real-life scenarios relevant to the discussion and related to our respective fields. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt e-learning program is very convenient and very cost-effective. It is suitable for those who do not have a fixed schedule. This is a very good investment for those who wish to learn more and get trained in maximizing resources; preventing and controlling losses and variations; and ensuring that wastes, resource leaks, and risks are managed. The trainer is obviously an expert in the field particularly in the tools needed for Lean Six Sigma. My counselor, Kritika is a very accommodating counselor. She assisted me every step of the way, answering questions and guiding me on the steps I need to finish the course. Thank you very much!
