Firstly, Though it was an online program and not in-house, would strongly recommend your institute to others and the Training material was very helpful. Secondly, with no doubts I would say, your team is very supportive and quick in giving assistance whenever required.

The delivery of the subject matter was exceptional by Mr. Shashi. It gave me a deeper and in-depth understanding about Lean Six Sigma and it’s applicability in our profession. All sessions were very much interactive and wrathful. I came across my counsellor Ms. Surbhi Tiwari when I was going through a rough patch and needed someone to help and listen my queries regarding Lean Six Sigma Course. Ms. Surbhi has been phenomenal from the very first interaction, always attentive, supportive, never judgmental and helped me with coping strategies to get me through Lean Six Sigma Training. I wanted to say a massive thank to the IMC Service Team for their valuable support and timely updates.

Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

Excellent teaching technique and clearly defines each example and lesson. The Counsellor is an excellent communicator and is prompt with any request or concerns that I have. The Service Team is excellent.

The program is really helpful and informative. It gave me tips on how the examination will look like and at the same time provided me tips on how to answer questions from the exam. Counsellor was really helpful everytime I have questions and even extended help for when I have clarifications.
