A very professional and good trainer gives practical examples. However, in the exam, there were quite many topics not covered during the lectures and in some cases, different terminology was used in the exam vs the trainer, so it is very clear, that additional sources need to be studied besides the notes from Mr. Shashi Prakash. Lean Six Sigma has been my guiding principle in my engineering and manufacturing profession. I was trained by my mentors 8 years ago with LSS and practiced it then on during my employment. Getting this official certification for LSS Black Belt is an achievement and milestone and forever I will be grateful especially to my IMC Trainer. It was a struggle completing the course as I have job responsibilities and other milestones being started also. But IMC has been supportive and understanding. So after 3 months I am now Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified. Program is very clear to its objectives and class collaboration has been really effective. I also got my LSS Green Belt certification from IMC, so for me, it is continuous learning from the IMC Team. Farhan and Sofia are very supportive and understanding.

The program was good. The trainer is a real experienced Master Black Belt, who have completed LSS projects in their career. Shares actual examples on how the SS phases were done with tips on what to look out for. Zeba is amazing. She will work out a plan on how to get you onboard, and makes sure you are taken cared. I appreciate her frequent calls to check up on me on how the previous sessions went. She made sure that the program is worth every cent you paid for. She made sure you set up for success.
