The program was superb and everything is properly defined and provided by the institute Mr. Shashi is the master and he is know how to deliver the thing fluently. Frixie Ana Claudia Credo and Zainab are very cooperative and helped and guided me in every phase of the course.

I had an amazing experience during training. I learned a lot of new concepts and ideas that I can utilize in handling my team and aid in improving the processes that we have in place. Rohit was able to explain the concepts in an understandable manner. The customer support team was very responsive and was able to provide the training materials that I need.

The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent.
