The program was well organized and the training material was ample and comprehensive. The trainer was a subject matter expert and the method of teaching was amazing. Ms. Farheen Lodhi is an excellent counsellor. She was very supportive and cooperative throughout my journey. The service team was good and impulsive.

Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.

I appreciate you providing such a wonderful course. A truly engaging and educational course was made possible by the excellent presentation style and the abundance of real-world examples. My expectations have been more than met by this. A fantastically useful knowledge for both personal and professional purposes. The program is well organized. The discussion made a significant impact to the learners as Mr. Shashi's insights that were driven from his experiences made it more interactive. Rose Ann de Luna assisted me well and checked from time to time all that I needed. Her way of assisting clients is commendable.

The program is very straight forward and it tackles all the necessary items flawlessly The E-learning system is easy to follow and read through. The service team provides good support and the turnaround time for answering questions is very short.

It was really an awesome journey despite having work and busy. I take interest in reading the six sigma for dummies it widens my knowledge of the techniques that I can apply not just at work but also in real-life situations. The support was really accommodating and I'm really happy about it. It was a life-changing pace for me since this is my first time taking this course and so excited for the next journey in my life.
