Mr. Sashi Parkash did an exceptional job in presenting the material. He set up by explaining what he was going to teach us, summarized, and proceeded to teach, providing relevant real life examples. He found out what we handled and catered examples to us to make the Six Sigma Green Belt course meaningful. I appreciate Amina Sana ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings. Your active listening skills and empathetic approach made me feel truly heard and validated. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service provided to me. Your team was very attentive and responsive to my needs, and I felt like my concerns were heard and addressed in a timely manner.

Nice experience with and IMC. All instructors are very supportive. The way of teaching and clearing our doubts are appreciable. The program was very good and explained in a very detailed way. Ms. Vanshika was very good and have a good understanding of the courses. For me, she had listened carefully and then suggest accordingly. The service Team, they have done a great job.
