I can only marvel at the military-grade program given to us by a well-equipped trainer throughout our Six Sigma journey. There might have been a lot of quizzes and projects, but those really helped us understand the processes even more through scenario-based training- which was very effective for a kinesthetic learner like me. Rose Ann de Luna is really amazing. I have been inquiring so many times that I couldn't possibly count them all on my fingers, and she never gave up on sharing the best option for me. If she had not been my counsellor, I wouldn't get the chance to be encouraged even more in taking this master class. Thank you is an understatement for all the help she gave me. I can never thank you enough the service team for their passion to help us become more equipped and tailored to our leadership roles and to the career growth we've set ahead of us. The program was great, and most important trainer Mr. Shashi did a fabulous job in explaining the content. Vanshika was very supportive throughout my journey; I had a lot of questions and queries, but she was very cooperative and assisted me very patiently. When I joined the program, it made me realize how little I know about lean six sigma. Program is concise and very clearly instructed. Good introduction, but there are topics that were not covered or discussed thoroughly. Rose, my Counsellor is very good, her lectures are clear and points are well-demonstrated with understandable examples.
