The program was great opportunity to learn and develop Skill. Trainer is expert in his field and able to explain on line. As the content is big in size, he was fast. Surbhi Tiwari is too cooperative and supportive. Michelle is nice and has a good time management.

Mr. Shashi Prakash can teach anyone in an easy-to-understand manner he really makes sure you understand a concept before moving on to the next lesson. Ms. Michelle is very responsive to any inquiries about the course and very accommodating. The service team responses are fast and it will not take long. The course was very comprehensive and the content was detailed with a good mix of theory and practical knowledge. It's a very useful program that explain very well the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma and the application of in Workspace. The KFA is very useful and enrich the knowledge of the methodology very well in it's students. Dr. Mohamed Said is very talented, patient and simplify the information. He has the time to do that and love what he is doing, so i face no issue understanding the information while the course. Very flexible and fast. Once I paid for the course, I got the notification. Once i had questions, i got a call from the manager and from the trainer as well to explain all my questions.
