It was a great program. Mr. Shashi is a knowledgeable expert on LEAN SIX SIGMA and explains all concepts in a manner it becomes easy to understand. His practical approach during the sessions gave a great learning experience. Ms. Zeba is very polite and responsive, I would like to thank her for all the support provided until the end. First of all, I want to thank IMC for the self-paced training in Green Belt Six Sigma. This training helps me to improve my critical and problem-solving skills. This kind of training helps a lot in solving problems and conducting process improvement in a more efficient way. It also helps to boost your confidence in improvement processes. One thing I really like about this training is that you can go back to your previous module and study again whenever you forget some details.

A very professional and good trainer gives practical examples. However, in the exam, there were quite many topics not covered during the lectures and in some cases, different terminology was used in the exam vs the trainer, so it is very clear, that additional sources need to be studied besides the notes from Mr. Shashi Prakash. Very professional, responsive and caring counsellor, only the best feedback for Ms. Amina Sana.

The program is informative and insightful. I can proudly say that I can use it today and in the future. The trainer was very hands-on. He’s very interactive with the class and make sure everyone was participating. The counsellor is nice. Everyone is nice. The service team was very responsive and had the best team from start to finish. They have assisted every step of the way. Kudos to IMC in building such a hands-on organization. Definitely felt like a VIP customer.

A really thorough, and well-organized training. The online training features were easy to access with available reference materials to use which enables me to learn at my own pace. The instructor not only discusses the topic but shares actual practical applications. Overall a great learning experience.

The training was very good and topics were explained in a very lucid manner. Methodology adopted by trainer - whatsapp group, LinkedIn posted questions to understand if the topic has been understood or not was very nice. I would like to thank Sofia Ma'am for helping me out and understanding my concerns during the hour of need and thereby allowing me to complete my training with IMC.
