Very informative and interactive training; placed emphasis on how to use concepts on real life examples. Gave confidence to participants by making them aware of the central concepts that are needed to make practical use of the lessons being taught. Helpful and mindful of the time and availability of the participant. very responsive and always ready to help out the participants.

The training was very good and topics were explained in a very lucid manner. Methodology adopted by trainer - whatsapp group, LinkedIn posted questions to understand if the topic has been understood or not was very nice. The overall context of the course is well organized. The trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash having more cognizance and the directive of his explication is more germane than any other trainer. Ms. Mishelle is very helpful and gives motivation throughout the course.

The program is brief but is very informative and complete. The program flow is not confusing and what I like most is that the actual materials used in the training are being shared to the class after the session so we can review what were discussed. The trainer has this skill of making difficult topics easy to understand. He made sure that everyone is in the same page and is clear on the topic before he moves to the next.
