Initially I could not find time to attend classes, by as my Counsellor correctly pointed out by my counsellor Mr. Shashi's, style of teaching, practical examples, professional practical approach provided in during the sessions was great learning experience. Thank you IMC team, your focus on customer satisfaction and TAT is worth emulation in our organization.

It was good, concise, and structured. It was a bit rushed though and some topics needed more context and discussions to really learn the methodology. Also, more practical applications and relationship to corporate setting will make the program really great. Nevertheless, it was worth the time. Zeba was very professional, engaging, encouraging, and always ready to help. She is amazing!
