First of all, I am thankful to Allah almighty who enabled me to pass this tough examination. In fact, the credit for passing this examination with 98% marks goes to the IMC who has developed excellent study material with toolkits. The material is self explanatory which has helped me in understanding complex problems pertaining to all aspects and phases of six sigma. Primarily, my understanding is based on the knowledge which I gained from Mr. Shahshi Parkash during LSSGB and LSSBB training sessions. His command on the subject with explanations from everyday life has guided me to understand the philosophy and practicability of the Lean Six Sigma approach. Thank you, IMC, for arranging such a competent trainer. It would be an injustice if I don’t admire Miss Zeba Fatima who was my counsellor during the completion of the LSSMBB course. She is a great help for the knowledge seekers. I know her when I started my journey of sig sigma certification by enrolling in LSSGB course on her motivation. She is a thorough professional and an asset to the IMC. this is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enrol for LSSGB course, then in LSSBB course and later on to the Master Black belt and TQM training courses. She knows the art of convincing quality professionals to improve their expertise by enrolling in quality-related certifications. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.

The trainer provided clear, concise, and straightforward presentations. She provided practical explanations of various topics and concepts. She has utilized her experience and expertise to add value to the course. Hema and Grace are both responsive, accommodating, and helpful. They have provided excellent customer service and ensure that the client’s concerns are being addressed in a timely manner. Grace has been particularly helpful when I was following up on my access for the examination.

The trainer is very competent and patient particularly with trainees without Six Sigma background. He has taken steps to ensure that everyone understands from the basic concepts to application and practices. He has made himself accessible even outside training hours and has made the program and certification enjoyable and worthwhile. Kritika has been valuable from the moment I inquired about the program all throughout the training period, certification and even post certification. She is accessible and made herself available to answer my queries and concerns even though I took the program in December. Her guidance is an important aspect in my successful GB certification.

The Trainer (PC) is an effective communicator who excels in interpersonal relationship. He always asks if we have questions or if there are things he have to clarify for us. Thank you for the learning! IMC gave me the support I've needed and one of the people who helped me upskill myself is Rose. Thank you Rose for answering all of my queries.

The program is great & so as their trainers. A lot of thanks to Mr. Shashi who made this tough course so easy. After completing this course, it made me feel like, even after working in manufacturing Industry for so many years, I was a missing a lot; that gets fulfilled only after this completion.

The program helps me a lot in my work, especially in thinking of ways on how to improve our process. Customer support is very commendable, Rose is very accommodating in all of my queries. Trainer from IMC is very excellent too, he gave us examples from his own experiences. I suggest you could give students more comprehensible handouts/modules of the lessons.
