The program was well-organized from start until the conclusion – the flow was clear, the instructor and the activities were engaging, the examples provided were relevant to the topics, and the pre-recorded materials and e-copies of the modules were also of great aid while taking the course. It’s nice to note that although the overall module was advanced in level, Ms. Jakther, our instructor, made it easy for us to process and digest with her clear discussions, and by providing real-life scenarios relevant to the discussion and related to our respective fields. With Ms. Jakther’s background, credentials, and dedication as a trainer, she is the perfect instructor for this course. I would like to recommend this to anyone who wishes to upskill and learn more about lean six sigma. Thank you very much, IMC and the rest of the team! Ms. Rose provides great learner/customer help from the start until I've completed the course. I can easily reach out to her if there are questions or clarifications regarding my account, the course or something about the process. She is just a click away! She is also professional in handling some of my concerns and at the same time very kind. I hope there's more Rose in IMC! Whenever I have concerns or issues raised through email, the Service Team made sure to resolve it BEFORE the expected delivery time. Something that should be appreciated. Also, they made sure that we’re reminded with the schedules by providing us with the meeting details or reminders every day.

The trainer is very knowledgeable about the LSS program and he ensures that we understood each topic discussed thus I learned a lot from him. Vaibhav and Sofia both of them were very accommodating to my queries.

I believe that a wide range of subjects was well addressed during the training. The harmony of the theoretical and practical approaches was appealing. I had the impression that my counselor genuinely cared about how I was feeling. She never failed to provide me with fresh tools and workouts. She assisted me in changing the way I perceived what I was going through and in developing greater emotional and response control. The course was really informative and fascinating. Many employees remarked on how beneficial it was. Mr. Shashi expertly conveys the information.

Mr. Pankaj was simply amazing! He had a wealth of experience and expertise and was able to convey complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand. He was also very approachable and supportive, which created a comfortable learning environment. I would definitely attend another program with this trainer. I had an amazing experience with my program counsellor Ms. Arfa. She was attentive, understanding, and always willing to listen. Her guidance helped me navigate through a challenging program, and I was able to achieve my goals with her support. I would highly recommend this counsellor to anyone seeking guidance on their academic journey. The overall outlook on the exam portal and classes is wonderful and easy to access.

My overall program (Green and Black Belt) with IMC was really great, It was a learning opportunity someone must not miss for not only IMC has a wonderful program, but also has competent Trainers that will help and guide you all the way to learn the principles of Lean Six Sigma. As for the trainer, Mr. Abhishek (Green Belt) and Mr. Shashi (Black Belt) were really a great trainer, they exquisitely elaborate each topic and provided us with good practical examples. They not only taught us the principles of Lean Six Sigma but also taught us on how to apply it in our workplace. Lastly, I am really grateful that I was given a chance to learn Lean Six Sigma at IMC. Ms. Rose was really a wonderful counsellor, she's always responsive and provides assistance at all times. She really helped me all throughout the course of my learning (Green and Black Belt) on IMC. She never missed any inquiries I raised to her, thus delivered quick solutions. I really appreciate all of her help from the day I enroll until my final assessment on both courses.

The training was easy, useful and informative. Though after listening to other trainers training course I felt there was still lot of aspects that could have been covered.
