Mr. Shashi is a very knowledgeable and engaging instructor. He explained all the topics well and shared/provided different practical scenarios to be easily understood by the trainee. Ms. Vanshika Bajaj is a very kind and welcoming kind of person. She makes us feel comfortable at every stage of the process. She explains the process very clearly for better understanding. The trainer was great and knows what he is doing. His experience is very good. Would just be better if it's a face-to-face class. Arfa is really great and accommodating. While doing this course, I had lots of things happening both in my personal life and work, and the extensions and accommodations are top-notch! The Service Team is always approachable and accommodating.

The trainers and the provided learning materials are as complete as you can get with regards to the industry knowledge and global standards that are implemented within the different industries.
