The program has extensively covered the syllabus as per Industry Standards. Trainer Mr. Shashi explained it in a very simple manner and was easy to understand. Vanshika has been very helpful throughout the journey. She responds to every query immediately. The service team is Very responsive.

A very professional and good trainer gives practical examples. However, in the exam, there were quite many topics not covered during the lectures and in some cases, different terminology was used in the exam vs the trainer, so it is very clear, that additional sources need to be studied besides the notes from Mr. Shashi Prakash. Very professional, responsive and caring counsellor, only the best feedback for Ms. Amina Sana.

Mr. Pankaj is an excellent trainer and had definitely inspired the class to do their best. He is very accommodating to the class' questions and he is well acquainted with his subject and which makes him a very efficient trainer. Ms. Rose Ann checking back with me regarding my progress. The program with IMC was excellent. It was well-rounded and was full of information. Online self-learning was very helpful to me since I have a very busy schedule due to this pandemic and completion of my master’s degree. The course provides reading materials which is a great help especially after the duration of the training, I have easy and accessible references that I can review for future actual applications. A very big thanks to the instructors, Mr. Shiven and Shashi, for an amazing experience who are competent and well-mannered presentation of the LSSGB course. My Counsellor Rose Ann de Luna is very helpful and approachable person. She quickly replies to all of my queries. I could have not taken the LSSGB without her dedication and passionate approach on persuading me to take the course.

Overall, I found the training informative and engaging, and I appreciate the effort you put into creating the program.
