The program was great and very helpful especially for me who is working on an engineering industry. Aside from my career advancement, the program helped me nurture my managerial and leadership abilities. The program is well designed and put together. Easy to understand and follow. I would suggest that the tutors refrain from using languages other than English as it is distracting to learners. My facilitator, Faizan, was very very supportive during this process. He followed up on queries and questions within acceptable timeframe – even earlier. Always courteous and respectful.
