I am happy to share that I have been certified by IMC Institute as a Certified Lean Sigma Green Belt. The Program consists of 19 videos conducted by two well-known faculties in this field. It is one of the best courses you can do to enhance your knowledge. The trainer is very helpful and helps break down everything in a way that you can understand practically and relate to your day to day operations. Nikhil is very helpful and has a very different way of counselling. He gets you in your comfort zone and tries to be as flexible as possible considering that most of the people who take the course are working and time is one of the constraints.
