The Lean six sigma program was very interesting and Mr. Shashi played a very good role as a trainer. He explained each and every detailed information about Lean six sigma. The program is very well suited during these challenging times where physical classroom training is not encouraged due to the dangers the pandemic (Covid-19) poses. Customer support was excellent and very professional. The training is systematically designed in such a way that Green Belts will gain the learning intended from the course. And the trainer was really very knowledgeable and well experienced yet he is able to share the knowledge within our level of understanding and comprehension.

He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. I've learned a lot in this course since the trainer provides easy to understand samples. I find this program convenient for me since I am currently employed who's pursuing a six sigma related career Ms. Rose is very responsive and I really appreciated her efforts which make me feel comfortable approaching her Great job!
