The program was very satisfying and the trainer was very knowledgeable on the subject. Ayisha was excellent from start to finish of course. She helped a lot and was available at all times.

Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

The program/training provided me with the essential skills and knowledge to improve processes and implement Lean Six Sigma techniques in my daily work. The interactive format and hands-on exercises helped me gain practical experience and confidence in using Lean Six Sigma tools such as value stream mapping, data analysis, and process control.
