Mr. Shashi Prakash is very engaging and helpful, and went out of his way to provide extra materials that will be helpful at work. I learned a lot of very very useful tips understanding lean sigma basic level.

Trainer speech is very clear and easy to understand, he has a capability to conclude much information in a short time duration.Counselor is very Helpful and 24X7 support which is extraordinary, always replies with most appropriate details, and I am extremely thankful for her support.

It was a pleasure to be mentored by Mr. Shashi, as he provided me with a good rapport as well as his expertise about the LSS program, along with a set of training modules that were very easy to understand. The trainer good and the length of the lecture was acceptable. The pacing of the lecture is great, especially for those who are just starting their careers with LSS methodology. Service team support is good. I had issues during Mock test enrollment with delayed approval to start. However, final assessment was opened immediately upon request.

The program was smooth considering I took the self-paced. Mr. Shashi has always been informative and well verse with his craft. Ms. Rose is one message away. Always helpful with the inquiries.
