Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise and for the support and guidance. Rose is very responsive to concerns and queries, and timely in providing assistance.

The program is very detailed and updated and I like the time duration of the course especially for us who just do the program part-time. I also like the resources being uploaded online. It is pretty easy to access and is very helpful. I like how the trainers also base their examples or their explanation based on real-world experience. It is very easy for me to understand all the topics.

I was so grateful that I took this opportunity to enroll for LSSGB, because I'm able to understand more the importance of six sigma applications to all industries, the quality and customer satisfaction . I am thankful for the trainers for always doing their best to deliver the lessons and giving situations for us to understand the lessons more. And also trainers always try to make everyone involved in the discussion. I will keep striving to learn more about this and hopefully, I am able to apply it to my future jobs and companies. I am thankful to Miss Rose Ann de Luna, for always there to answer all my queries regarding my course and for also assisting my needs while taking the course.

8 years ago I thought it would be a dream to take six sigma because this training is so expensive and I do not have the ability to pay such a large amount. But thanks to IMC I have fulfilled my long-held dream. Ayisha Hazim fulfilled my long-held dream by giving a good promo. She's very accommodating and always reminding me to prepare for assessment

The program about the green belt training certification program is excellent. The way it was delivered is cleared and precise. Very understandable and clear. Understood the way the trainer delivered the lecture in training. The support training is awesome, very supportive, and easily contacted immediately. Assisting me in taking the training for any queries I arise.

The program is well-tailored especially for people with no exposure/basic knowledge of Green Belt Lean Six Sigma. I am grateful for the knowledge and inspiration that the trainer provided during the program run. The institute and its programs are highly recommended especially for individuals who want to grow and develop professional aspirations. Shaza has also provided stellar support to attend to my needs, most especially that I can only study on weekends.
