I can only marvel at the military-grade program given to us by a well-equipped trainer throughout our Six Sigma journey. There might have been a lot of quizzes and projects, but those really helped us understand the processes even more through scenario-based training- which was very effective for a kinesthetic learner like me. Rose Ann de Luna is really amazing. I have been inquiring so many times that I couldn't possibly count them all on my fingers, and she never gave up on sharing the best option for me. If she had not been my counsellor, I wouldn't get the chance to be encouraged even more in taking this master class. Thank you is an understatement for all the help she gave me. It is a good experience for me learning Lean six Sigma and trainer was very good at explaining topics and clarifying doubts and really enjoyed a lot. Ruby Ma'am is very nice person and way of talking and responding is very good.

Shashi is top notch! Friendly, very smart and he made these complex topics simple by giving sequential steps to solve them. His teachings were not based on any kind of exam pattern but simply trained us to handle any kind of question thrown to us. Every phase had a test and that would give a clarity about our understanding about the topic. He stresses on getting our fundamentals clear and motivates you to read more and more on the topic. Apart from the course material, many many pdfs, excel, project learning were provided by him. Thanks to many practice sheets he has designed for us, which further helped to convert the theory understanding to practical application. Lucky to have him as a trainer, in fact he is now my Guru for this subject and I really appreciate the fact that he squeezes in time to clear our doubts much after we had finished our sessions and that too with 100% dedication. I feel going beyond certification and inducing interest for the subject in us is his greatest achievement. May God empower him to continue this and help as many as me.
