Perhaps the best training course I have ever attended. Mr. Shashi teaches in a very effective manner and his ability to explain complex concepts is amazing. He made a very complex subject look very easy. Noor has been very helpful ever since she signed me up for IMC. She is very sincere in her dealing and I am very grateful for her assistance throughout the session. Service providers were always at our beck and call and made sure that all meeting links, lectures, documents etc were readily available. They were spot on in fulfilling their duties.

Overall, I found the training informative and engaging, and I appreciate the effort you put into creating the program. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your time and support during our counselling sessions. Your guidance and insight have been invaluable in helping me work through my challenges and make progress towards my goals. I like how PC is handling his classes. I am actually being pressured to listen and understand his lessons because he is always asking for participation, which is good since it made me focus. I hope we can forward all the lessons before the classroom training. I had a new counsellor and so far he is very quick to respond to my emails which I think is very efficient.
