I liked the system outlined and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques. After I got a Yellow Belt certification, I decided to continue my Six Sigma journey because I believe that it will be very helpful in my role in our Technology department and organization as a whole.
