I appreciate you providing such a wonderful course. A truly engaging and educational course was made possible by the excellent presentation style and the abundance of real-world examples. My expectations have been more than met by this. A fantastically useful knowledge for both personal and professional purposes. Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

The program was great as it equip us with the necessary knowledge that we need to prepare us in PMP Exam from PMI. Furthermore, I would like to say thank you to our facilitator/ trainer Mr. Fasi Haider for sharing with us his professional as well as personal experience in project management. All of the examples that he gave during our live sessions in the entire 35 hours gave us the feeling as if we were the ones who manage a big project. Again thank you very much Mr. Haider. To Ms. Michelle, thank you again for your heartfelt assistance, especially on my enquiries about the program. Your quick response to my concerns gave me an idea of how the IMC manage their employees. The course was very interesting and Mr. Shashi has been giving us lots of examples of the real world which helped me to extrapolate it to my industry, so big thanks to Mr. Shashi for his time and patience as lots of questions have been asked Thanks also to Surbhi training coordinator for being very helpful to land a hand when asked, so 5 starts to you Surbhi.

Very good instructor. He has 30 years of experience which is very visible when he talks. His sessions are full of lessons from his experience. He only needs to better concentrate on calculations. The sincereness of the counselors in this institute is the reason I decided to do my courses with them. They are very sincere, helped me, and advised me effectively whenever needed. They have great knowledge which helped me a lot. One fantastic value is that I could find them anytime; day and night. They are welcoming anytime.. Excellent job!

The trainer good and the length of the lecture was acceptable. The pacing of the lecture is great, especially for those who are just starting their careers with LSS methodology. Service team support is good. I had issues during Mock test enrollment with delayed approval to start. However, final assessment was opened immediately upon request.
