I would like to say the program was excellent and also the trainer Mr. Pankaj Chauhan handled the doubts very well and cleared them. My counsellor is Miss Nanka. I would like to appreciate her she cleared all my doubts regarding the program six sigma and all. The service team has been fantastic.

Mr. Shashi explained this course incredibly which enabled us to learn and understand further every detail of Lean Six Sigma. I am very satisfied with the program and trainer. Miss Akhter taught us very well and with clarity of mind. All questions and queries were answered by her in detail. Miss Farheen Lodhi was a very empathetic and good counsellor. She helped me and guided me very well about the course and later carried on the course. I had some problems in payments that she resolved that's why I was able to carry on the course. I was not in contact with the service team directly but surely they were on the back end who resolved all problems and helped me get it done. I am surely very much satisfied with the service team.

Mr. Pankaj discussed the entire program clearly and was easy to understand. The real world application of the samples made the discussion much more interesting and easier to understand and appreciate no matter the industry you come from. The service team is very approachable and has a sense of urgency. They explained the flow of the program very well.

The Trainer (PC) is an effective communicator who excels in interpersonal relationship. He always asks if we have questions or if there are things he have to clarify for us.
