The program is very straight forward and it tackles all the necessary items flawlessly The E-learning system is easy to follow and read through. The service team provides good support and the turnaround time for answering questions is very short.

I'm very much impressed with the overall experience I've had with IMC from the service to the course content. Kudos to you guys! Everyone may be knowledgeable about a subject, but not everyone is capable of sharing this knowledge to other people. It was really good training. The way trainer make us understand the concept is very appreciable. Nanka is very helpful and solves every query I have for her. I the way she is performing her responsibilities. The work of Soumya and the Service team is also satisfactory.

Program was well-rounded and was full of information. Lectures were sequenced and designed properly for us to understand the basic concepts with depth before tackling the complex ones. The course also provided us with reading materials which is a great help especially after the duration of the training, we now have easy and accessible references that we can review during actual application. Ms. Ayisha was very patient in answering all the queries and was very interactive during the lessons. Despite having to listen to a recorded session, it was still somehow engaging. I appreciate using case studies for us to better picture out the application of the different concepts provided.
