Mr. Shashi Prakash is excellent at his craft. I have enrolled in a self paced program but i can say the way he explained every phase of Lean Six Sigma will make me understand easier. I have sent him a message once on Linkedin and he's very responsive. I would love to watch his videos in my black belt soonest. I really appreciate Ms. Zeba for answering my questions. We only got the surface level training. It should have more lectures with in depth knowledge. Trainer was great. Who could give us the training in time and used very good examples. She was good. Was able to answer all the queries Team was great. Was able to answer all the queries.

Initially I never wanted to follow the 6 Sigma Green Belt, training but due to constant call from the sales staff i finally acceded, later on i followed the training under one instructor which i was not satisfied, I wanted to drop off from the course, it was Michelle who really encouraged and motivated me to do the training again offering me a free slot with Shashi, the instructor is excellent and he is one of the best i have ever experienced, Michelle was very help full whenever a text message is sent she was very quick to response and provide a very positive answer, because of the people of this caliber I have recommended the institute so many friends and looking forward to study more with your institute, I request the management to make a note of the two good assets your company posses Shashi and Michelle I wish IMC institute all the very best!

I had recently enrolled for Lean Six Sigma course at IMC. It was really an amazing professional learning experience . The trainer Akther Khan way of teaching was excellent and the examples/exercises she gave us were really helpful in understanding each and every topic of the curriculum.
