Mr. Shashi and the program are really useful. Though we learn through the web, no data or info was missed and everything is on point. Ms. Rose is readily available for any question and was able to discuss the topic thoroughly. The service team is always available for any inquiry and very accommodating to any questions.

The trainers did a great effort, overall the records was helpful and adding more than one record with different trainers was really great and appreciated. The counselor Ms. Zeba was really great and very helpful she was always available for providing help and support just as quickly as within minutes or even less which gave me a positive perspective about the institute commitment towards the students. Trainer explain technical topics in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. I like his way of organizing things from lecture to excel file notes to google drive storage of materials. He is confident and knows what he's talking bout. Zeba is very helpful. She always checked on me and asked me how I am doing. She provided insightful ideas so I can complete the course and pass the exam. She helped me out through the process from the registration to payment to training proper and post-training. She's definitely one of the reasons why I have a great and fun learning experience at IMC. Kudos to her and to the team!
