The way the program was structured is excellent. Our Trainer Mr. Shashi is evidently a master of his trade, a well experienced LSS practitioner who was open to sharing practical lessons during the program. The Service Team was accommodating on the WhatsApp group. They addressed the requests and needs of each and every one within the group. Information is supplied on time.

Shashi Prakash has explained each and every point very clearly and understandable. Examples and the application part was really impressive. I must be thankful to Shashi sir for his great guidance. Suryansh has helped me in a lot. He has very good patience levels and good attitude person. I love to talk to him and I will be very thankful to Suryansh for guiding me during this course. The course was presented in an enthusiastic way. The content can be related to different type of industry. Leaves you with a real life sample from the facilitator's experience in doing a Black Belt Project, Onset consultation and mentoring helps a lot. My Counsellor is very accommodating and approachable, She has the passion in helping the candidate to be more motivated. Given that, I am looking forward to take my next course!

The program was really good and I learned a lot. Although I am purely 100% online learning, the recording of lessons is really good and I really appreciate it.
