Ms. Akhter Jahan Khan is a very nice and expert trainer for Six sigma. Her professional experience, methodology and teaching standard is the very beneficial to all the new to senior level students and learners she always defines all the modules with comprehensive classifications and she always supports us in all the difficulties and concept clearing. Ms. Surbhi is a very sincere, active and cooperative counsellor. she always supports me to understand what is the IMC certification worth in the international market and what are the mission, vision and goals of the IMC institute. The program conducted by IMC was very helpful and Mr. Shashi Prakash's classes were very detailed. His explanation of the concepts and the ease with which he breaks down the topics helped achieve this feat. Ashmeen was very helpful and guided me at every step of this journey. She always encouraged me that i was capable of passing this exam. Michelle, Suryansh and the team were very helpful in sorting any clarifications from the trainer and scheduling these sessions.

The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!

The classes are really effective. Sofia is really supportive in arranging required study materials and continuous follow up on each stages for any additional support on arranging classes or clearing doubts with the instructor.
