I was so grateful that I took this opportunity to enroll for LSSGB, because I'm able to understand more the importance of six sigma applications to all industries, the quality and customer satisfaction . I am thankful for the trainers for always doing their best to deliver the lessons and giving situations for us to understand the lessons more. Lesson is too long and slow. Could have been better if compressed in 1 or 2 hours maximum but the institution’s customer service and guidance is excellent!
