The trainer was great and whatever he explained he explained in a very informative and detailed manner it was easy for me to learn too. Surbhi Tiwari is one of the most humble human i have came across, always response and always helps in times of need and very easy to contact too. She helps out in every way possible and i believe she is and will be a great asset to the IMC team. And the Service team is very quick and very cooperative in all the steps and simple through out the entire process.

Mr. Shashi was very knowledgeable and clear when discussing the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. It was a great opportunity to learn from the best. Thank you for the knowledge you have given me. The aspect that I liked the most are the examples and scenarios used to illustrate the tools and system (MiniTab)The trainer is really competent and manages to explain the concept quite easily. it is also good to know that the trainer is available for the students. Everything was perfect. i really appreciate sofia, always available, responds quickly, patient. I am completely satisfied with his professionalism and his customer care.
