Dr. Mohamed Saeid (KFA) is the best trainer in the six sigma courses, due to his distinguished and simplified style. This course helped me in qualifying as a team leader and the important skills for supervision and work to measure and analyse the problems and find root causes.

Provide more practice or hands on for the analysis tools; All reference materials are helpful and able to shed some light on the topics that are difficult during the recorded discussions. This is the best online course I have taken on courses. The trainer I appreciate the effort to script each lecture. The course is very to the point and has a good structure and concise. I would like to continue to next course.
