The program helps me understand the principles of Lean and Six Sigma and how to apply these principles in our organization. The trainer in our batch for the Green Belt Lean Six Sigma is very good at teaching us the principles as well as giving us a real-life example that might help us in our future projects within our organization. My counselor is Ms. Rose, she is quick to respond to my queries and request regarding the issues I encounter in the program (e.g. schedule and exam).

Training Program Feedback: Content Clarity: The training materials were comprehensive, but at times, the content could be quite complex. Providing more real-world examples or practical case studies would have helped to clarify certain concepts. Engagement: While the program content was excellent, there were moments when the delivery felt slightly monotonous.
