The trainer was absolutely professional and they made sure that every aspect of the course is delivered with utmost quality. The program was sliced into digestible chunks and the explanations were given gradually The counsellor, Vanshika, has been of great help. She is really prompt in responding and helping with the queries that I had The Service Team is doing a fantastic job and I would like to wish that you keep on delivering services of this quality.

The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!

LSSBB, Mr. Debasish, The Trainer was excellent, well informed, engaging, patient, in explaining his previous experience, teaching the programs, step by step. The program is well prepared, organized and systematic. The methodologies are simple and easy to understand. So, I wish IMC continuous success in providing quality education. Miss ZEBA and Miss Frexie are very friendly and supportive. Always send me information, schedule of the class, sending reminders, ahead of time. my grade to my councilors are EXCELLENT. Service Team are very friendly, i did not encounter difficulties, the service team will provide you what ever you requested as per the programs.

I liked the system outlined and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques. I learned and enjoyed every minute. Thanks to IMC for a wonderful learning experience as well as my mentor Mam Zeba, for always being approachable and helpful.

Program was well-rounded and was full of information. Lectures were sequenced and designed properly for us to understand the basic concepts with depth before tackling the complex ones. The course also provided us with reading materials which is a great help especially after the duration of the training, we now have easy and accessible references that we can review during actual application. Ms. Ayisha was very patient in answering all the queries and was very interactive during the lessons. Despite having to listen to a recorded session, it was still somehow engaging. I appreciate using case studies for us to better picture out the application of the different concepts provided.

Mr. Sashi was a great teacher and lead the entire training program very well. He was prompt to solve all the queries without any hesitation or annoyance. The clarity of subject matter and the problem solving skills are exceptional. Zeba has always been a great point of contact, helping and assisting the way out regarding everything and anything. She has been always available and has always gone out of the way to help.
