The program is very straight forward and it tackles all the necessary items flawlessly The E-learning system is easy to follow and read through. The service team provides good support and the turnaround time for answering questions is very short.

The instructor was amazing – very knowledgeable and especially enjoyed how he leveraged his industry knowledge to make the class interesting. Mr. Shashi is an Excellent instructor – enthusiastic, makes learning the material fun, great job of getting as much engagement as possible in a fully virtual setting. I am satisfied with the program for it was full of information necessary to equip us with the LSS principles. The course/lectures were clear and provided us with videos and other materials that helped/guided us throughout the whole duration of the course from simple to complex ones which is also a good thing. During the course, many real-life scenarios were given for us to better understand and relate to each topic and then apply these in our daily lives- may it be at work or personally.
