The program offered to me by the institute was great. It gave me a deeper understanding of what and how Lean Six sigma works in my field of study and even in other sectors. The program gave us each micro and macro details about this quality tool. The trainer is equipped and skilled to impart all his expertise to the class. Kudos! The course was well designed and touched all aspects of the course. Mr. Debashish Mukherjee conducted the course with real life examples and that was necessary to connect the concepts with the problem. Mr. Gaurav helped me right from the start, from selecting the level of Six Sigma to choosing time slot. A thorough support from him! Have to thank Mr. Suryansh, for replying to me even in late evenings! His help was much required in getting the recordings and in sorting out the timelines in taking up the final assessment!!
