Very good instructor. He has 30 years of experience which is very visible when he talks. His sessions are full of lessons from his experience. He only needs to better concentrate on calculations. The course contains very practical notes on what is lean & six sigma and what are its principles. This course gives you a good overview of why six sigma is necessary. The team was always available to resolve all my doubts questions and requests. The course content, medium of instructions, and delivery make the concept very easy to understand.
