The trainer is very knowledgeable about the LSS program and he ensures that we understood each topic discussed thus I learned a lot from him. Vaibhav and Sofia both of them were very accommodating to my queries.

The trainer, Ms. Neetu was very patient with us. She’s so generous in sharing her valuable knowledge. Michelle was quick to respond, appreciate all her efforts.

The training was very good and topics were explained in a very lucid manner. Methodology adopted by trainer - whatsapp group, LinkedIn posted questions to understand if the topic has been understood or not was very nice. I would like to thank Sofia Ma'am for helping me out and understanding my concerns during the hour of need and thereby allowing me to complete my training with IMC.

I attended the virtual class by Mr. Rohit and I can say that the training was good. I just wish that it had a more practical approach because there's just too much information. What I'm expecting was real-life application of the methods and tools. What are the problems they encountered as a six sigma practitioner and how were they able to solve problems using these methods. I want to know more of the practical/business side and what they did to help a business while using six sigma. It's easier to learn if you can relate yourself to these experiences instead of just teaching it the way academic teachers do. But Mr. Rohit is very knowledgeable and it would be interesting to know his experiences on applying six sigma to his past projects. I am very sure that his students will learn a lot from these experiences. Ms. Zeba is great at assisting me from my queries to my academic needs. She's very helpful and understanding.

Shashi is top notch! Friendly, very smart and he made these complex topics simple by giving sequential steps to solve them. His teachings were not based on any kind of exam pattern but simply trained us to handle any kind of question thrown to us. Every phase had a test and that would give a clarity about our understanding about the topic. He stresses on getting our fundamentals clear and motivates you to read more and more on the topic. Apart from the course material, many many pdfs, excel, project learning were provided by him. Thanks to many practice sheets he has designed for us, which further helped to convert the theory understanding to practical application. Lucky to have him as a trainer, in fact he is now my Guru for this subject and I really appreciate the fact that he squeezes in time to clear our doubts much after we had finished our sessions and that too with 100% dedication. I feel going beyond certification and inducing interest for the subject in us is his greatest achievement. May God empower him to continue this and help as many as me. Overall course was great and an excellent trainer. Ms. Soumya Verma contribute a lot to my success in passing all of my six sigma courses. She helped me with everything I need all throughout my course duration and she quickly answered all of my inquiries. Looking forward to learning more courses under IMC. I can see real improvement of some factors attributed to my learning and additional professional skills acquired with IMC Learning program.
