I can only marvel at the military-grade program given to us by a well-equipped trainer throughout our Six Sigma journey. There might have been a lot of quizzes and projects, but those really helped us understand the processes even more through scenario-based training- which was very effective for a kinesthetic learner like me. Rose Ann de Luna is really amazing. I have been inquiring so many times that I couldn't possibly count them all on my fingers, and she never gave up on sharing the best option for me. If she had not been my counsellor, I wouldn't get the chance to be encouraged even more in taking this master class. Thank you is an understatement for all the help she gave me. Mr. Fasi was wonderful. He knew the topics well and lets the students participate in the lectures. He also addresses questions and inquiries for specified business sectors. Ms. Rose is always available for my needs and always accommodating my inquiries. The Service Team is always there to provide the information needed by the class.

The trainers are very knowledgeable of the topics and their experiences are reflected on the things that they discuss. I hope that there would be more examples of how these things can be applied in different industries. Schedule was a challenge as well but all in all it was a good experience.
