A very informative certification. Being an industrial pharmacist it is very helpful for me to have this experience. The e-learning mode of training is very convenient, and very cost effective. It is suitable for those who do not have a fixed schedule. IMC's program is the fastest and easiest way to be certified in Lean six Sigma. The Master Black Belt Program has helped me become more adept in the methodologies of and the tools for lean six sigma; and I am now more confident in doing projects that would surely help my clients in ensuring that they maximize resources; prevent and control losses and variations; and ensuring that wastes, resource leaks, and risks are managed. I am also now confident in teaching and mentoring people new to the art and science of Lean six Sigma. The trainer is obviously an expert in the field particularly in the tools needed for Lean Six Sigma. My counsellor, Kritika who has been my counsellor when I was taking my Black belt course, is a very accommodating and helpful counsellor. Her patience and assistance is praiseworthy.

I have no words to describe the wonderful qualities of Ms. Akther Jahan Khan. She has put all her energy to make sure that each and every person in the batch may understand the concept and fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma. First of all, I am thankful to Allah almighty who enabled me to pass this tough examination. In fact, the credit for passing this examination with 98% marks goes to the IMC who has developed excellent study material with toolkits. The material is self explanatory which has helped me in understanding complex problems pertaining to all aspects and phases of six sigma. Primarily, my understanding is based on the knowledge which I gained from Mr. Shahshi Parkash during LSSGB and LSSBB training sessions. His command on the subject with explanations from everyday life has guided me to understand the philosophy and practicability of the Lean Six Sigma approach. Thank you, IMC, for arranging such a competent trainer. It would be an injustice if I don’t admire Miss Zeba Fatima who was my counsellor during the completion of the LSSMBB course. She is a great help for the knowledge seekers. I know her when I started my journey of sig sigma certification by enrolling in LSSGB course on her motivation. She is a thorough professional and an asset to the IMC. this is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enrol for LSSGB course, then in LSSBB course and later on to the Master Black belt and TQM training courses. She knows the art of convincing quality professionals to improve their expertise by enrolling in quality-related certifications. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.

MR. SHASHI SIR is explained all concepts very well with clearly explained for any topic. IMC service team is good service provide and good platform for learning things and good support for exam and guidance is very well and also best learning for long distance people in one way.

The CLSSBB course is an outstanding course for anyone who wishes to enhance their leadership skills and climb-up in their careers. This course is impressive and interesting that it would not divert your attention from its initiation till the last day of the course. Despite the vastness of the course content, IMC has made it specific for easy learning and enables you to grasp as much as you want, both theoretically and with exercises on software. IMC has prolific trainers and I was amazed by the training method of Mr. Debasish Banarjee. I have taken the recorded classes of his 8 Days sessions and trust me it was as good as live virtual class. IMC staff has been extremely cooperative and supportive throughout the course and keeps you satisfied totally. I thank the entire team of IMC for their support.
