Very well planned and executed, trainer was very composed, patiently explained every concept Michelle is very good and timely response on all queries and clarifications asked, very supportive. Suryansh is very good in every supportive aspects, very prompt in every queries and clarifications asked.

I never in my wildest dream thought I will be certified but now thanks to IMC. I'm a proud certified lean six sigma Master Black Belt truly its a priceless experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life . I'm very much happy for this learning experience I'm glad I invested this for my future. The training covered the concepts well but require more in-depth knowledge and sessions for practice and working on some life problems rather than doing just from course material doing them mechanically in Minitab taking sample data and not explaining which data is used for what and why such data is pre-populated.

The course was fantastic. The trainer is excellent, always willing to help and provide support. Ms. Sofia was a very supportive Counsellor and I would like to thank Michelle and all the Service Team for their support.
