It has been nearly a year since I started conducting Lean Six Sigma training sessions for IMC. It has been a great experience interacting with the IMC team and I must place on record my appreciation for the professionalism displayed by them right from scheduling the sessions, checking on the trainer availability till the completion of the batch. During the course of the training sessions, the IMC team is available for any support that the trainer or the trainee may require. Since all other logistic arrangements relating to conduct of a training batch are completely taken care by the IMC team, the trainer can totally focus on performing the core part, ie. Training. The trainer was an excellent, patient and commendable trainer, good grip on knowledge, the perfect way of describing the content, the best part was the training methodology. Ms. Kritika was really supportive and when it comes to coordination she was best at it.

The program provided a great experience to the learners. Although the majority of the sessions were done thru LMS and recorded virtual training, yet it was very comprehensive, insightful, and explained thoroughly for easy understanding.
